98 MISSED APPOINTMENTS
In July, 98 patients failed to attend their appointments. This was made up of 29 GP slots, 5 ACP, 10 PA, 21 Nurse, 4 HCA and 29 Clinical Pharmacist slots. As we are all aware, appointments are very hard to come by, so we please ask that you let us know in good time if you are unable to attend. You can cancel an appointment using your NHS App, our website or by picking up the phone. Let's all help each other to reduce wasted appointments and improve access.
