Missed Appointments
In May, 89 patients failed to attend their appointments. This was made up of 22 GP,5 Advanced Clinical Practitioner,18 Physician Associate,23 Nurse,1 HCA & 20 Clinical Pharmacist. With appointments in high demand, each missed slot could have been used by someone else. If you cannot make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer it to another patient. Cancel easily via the NHS App,our website or by phone. Let's work together to reduce missed appointments.
